Renovation of XIX century villa in the heart of Tuscany
In the rolling hills of Tuscany there was a charming XIX century villa to renovate. The property consisted of 1000 sq.m. villa and 2,5 hectares of land, an old swimming pool and remains of a tennis court, a "limonaia" and architectural elements in the park. The property was completely abandoned so it needed a lot of work and knowledge to do the renovation. We had a group of experts from Lithuania together with local architects and experts collaborating along the renovation of this beautiful property.
